REGISTRATION PROCEDURES


ADMISSIONS OPEN ONLY FOR LKG (PRE-2) 2025-26

Admissions open to LKG (PRE-2) for the Academic Year 2025-26. Those who wish to register the names of their ward/s can do so from 13th to 31st December 2024, till the available seats are filled up. Once the seats are filled the link will be closed even before 31 st December 2024. Fill the form online, take a printout and submit the same to the school office, along with the required documents as mentioned below, from 2 nd to 6th January 2025, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

 

N.B: - No forms will not be accepted after 6th January 2025.

 

General Rules

  1. As per the Maharashtra Government GR of 20/12/2021.The child to be admitted to Nursery should 3.3 years old on 1st April 2025.He/She should be born between 01/10/2020 to 31/12/2021, since the academic year begins on 1st April 2025. The age criteria for admission will be followed very strictly as per the rules and guidelines, laid down by the Education department. Children who fall under this age criteria only are eligible to seek admission to LKG.
  2. Incomplete forms and forms with wrong information will be rejected at the time of submission and even after submission.
  3. Mere submission of the Registration Forms does not guarantee admission of the candidate.
  4. Being a Private, Unaided, Minority School, the head of the institution reserves the full right to accept or reject any application without citing any reason.
  5. Admission will be granted as per the vacancies available.
  6. Bringing recommendation for admission is strongly discouraged.

The following documents have to be submitted along with the Registration Form:-

  1. A self-attested photostat copy of the Birth Certificate from Municipality/Gram Panchayat.
    A Birth Certificate from a Government hospital, Private clinic, Nursing home, Private hospital will not be accepted
  2. A self-attested photostat of the Caste certificate of the father.
  3. Two recent passport size colour photographs of the candidate.
  4. An affidavit by the guardian in case the child is under the custody of a guardian, stating the reason for his/her guardianship.
  5. A photostat of the Baptism Certificate duly attested by the Parish Priest /Pastor of the Church, in case the candidate is a Christian.
  6. Rs. 500/- as Registration Fee is to be submitted along with registration form.

Admissions open to NURSERY (PRE-1) for the Academic Year 2025-26. Those who wish to register the names of their ward/s can do so from 6th to 21st December 2024, till the available seats are filled up. Once the seats are filled the link will be closed even before 21st December 2024. Fill the form online, take a printout and submit the same to the school office, along with the required documents as mentioned below, from 2nd to 6th January 2025, from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
