Limited seats available for admission to Class LKG to Std. VI for the academic year 2018-19. Open the link for registration form(Link for registration form LKG & UKG, & 1-6) & submit the form online & a hard copy of it along with the documents mentioned below to the school office from 4th to 8th June 2018. (Time: 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.)
Documents / Records, etc to be submitted:-
1. Computer generated online Admission Form
2. Photostat of Birth Certificate from Municipality / Gram Panchayat (attested by the Parent)
3. Photostat of Aadhaar Card of the child (attested by the Parent)
4. Two Recent Passport Size colour photographs of the child
5. A recent postcard size colour photograph of the family (father, Mother & the child)
6. Registration Fee of Rs. 300/-
